I started working out in November of 2017 and have steadily lost weight and gotten more healthy. I used to be overweight and started to experience varying pains which prompted me to change my lifestyle. It started with home workouts where my concentration was pilates. I also changed my diet and lessened my rice, sweets and buttery and oily food. I had been successful at losing the weight and keeping it off being motivated by the fact that I felt much lighter, looked great and clothes fit better!

Then about November 2018 my workouts lessened. From 6x a week to just 4-5x a week. The following year as early as January my workouts went down to 3x a week. Today it’s at 2-3x a week. My motivation to workout tapered off. I still was able to maintain eating less but the sweets not so much.

Surprisingly, I didn’t gain much weight but I did lose the tone that I had gained. Instead of overthinking it I decided that I needed to take a break from working out as much as I did. I enjoyed the time off from it and focused on other interests that I had.

Eventually, I started to miss working out. I missed the sore and aching arms and legs. I missed the stretching. Mostly I missed the tiny achievements I felt when working out like being able to push myself to do an extra 30 or accomplishing a move.

I had finally gotten back to yoga on a steady basis and decided to also take care of my hair which had thinned so much from constant treatments. I also started taking multivitamins to give me more energy and protect me from getting sick because I lacked so much sleep.

I mostly patronized commercially produced shampoos and conditioners. See my hair has been through many treatments since the age of 14 and because of that it has thinned and lost its shine and volume. I was advised to let it rest from treatments for at least 2 years else I could lose all my hair! That scared me so much that I did exactly that.

I’ve been tying my hair lately because it has become so unruly and hard to handle. I really took my hair and youth for granted assuming that it will always be okay. Now, I’m struggling to get my hair back to healthy. I’ve used different kinds of shampoos and conditioners but it’s the first time that I’ve found a shampoo an conditioner that cleans, tames and keeps my hair soft. It also cut my hair straightening in half the time! All this when I started using @watsonsph Naturals Argan Shampoo and Conditioner. Kianna also started using it and that’s when I knew this was for real. At Php200/bottle it’s totally affordable. Hopefully after about a month of use I can get my hair rebonded. I’ll keep you guys updated. If you’re experiencing the same problem stay tuned. #BeHealthyInsideAndOut #LookGoodFeelGreat #WatsonsPH #picoftheday #follow #me #selfie #instadaily #friends #repost #girl #fun #style #smile #instalike #likeforlike #family #igers #tagsforlikes #follow4follow #life #beauty #amazing #instamood

It wasn’t until I discovered Watsons Naturals Argan Shampoo and Conditioner that my hair finally got back to being healthy. I had almost no hair fall, my hair is thicker and and softer. For me your hair is your crowning glory and I want to get it back to tip top shape so that I can have it treated and straightened. I mostly get my hair straightened so I don’t have to be bothered to style it!

As for my body I also had to think about the stress and fatigue I was putting it through. I get on average 4hrs of sleep a day and my body is definitely taking its toll. With multivitamins I can enhance my resistance and reduce fatigue.

Health and wellness is different for every one. What’s important is to listen to your body.
