It was an honor to be present at SeaKing’s 20th year anniversary held at Shangri-La Makati. Rarely do you see the kind of appreciation and humility that I witnessed at their special event. It was touching to see the growth of a family business from their modest house to a massive warehouse with a capacity for tons and tons of products.

I was able to try specially cooked dishes made from their products during the celebration and it makes me want to try more recipes of their Wild Alaskan Salmon.

We also love their Keta Salmon Chunks, just salt, peppered and pan fried already makes it the perfect meal. We’ve also tried it sarciado and cheesy baked.
