We’re on another cooking adventure! We have SeaKing Wild Alaskan Salmon at home and I’m sharing a few of the ways I cooked them. You wouldn’t think it but SeaKing is a local brand of frozen fish products. The salmon however is imported from Alaska and is wild not farmed making it as fresh and naturally produced as possible. Wild salmon is considered the healthiest kind of salmon because the calorie and fat content is considerably lower.

For a mom like me who doesn’t cook as often and prefers easy recipes, frozen salmon cuts are the perfect option. I can easily cook without worrying about cutting and cleaning. Their pre-cut and pre-packed, ready to be cooked in a moments notice.

Pan Fried Salmon Chunks

The quickest way to cook salmon is to rub with salt and pepper and pan fry over low heat. I did this with the chunks and the kids liked it so much they kept popping it in their mouth.

Salmon Steak Sarciado

I recall we used to eat sarciado and we hadn’t in years so I thought to make salmon sarciado. Another easy recipe where you just have to pan fry the salmon then make the tomato and egg mixture. Just 4 eggs and 6 medium sized tomatoes. Saute garlic and onion, add the tomatoes and when soft add the scrambled egg mixture. Season to taste. Each pack of Pink Salmon Steak has 3 pieces in it.

Cheesy Baked Salmon

Of course, I had to have a cheesy recipe in here. I LOVE cheese so I searched for this recipe of baked salmon with generous amounts of cheese.
