September 10 has officially been declared National Duck Day by the Office of the President and National Commission for Culture and the Arts. Duck cuts and products will now be readily available with the collaboration of exporter Donny’s Choice and the world renowned duck brand Dalee.

The launch at Conrad Hotel and Resorts welcomed the newest succulent product to hit our shores with a celebration filled with duck inspired dishes and cooking demos by celebrity chefs, Boy Logro, Gene Gonzalez and Rosebud Benitez.

A variety of dishes were prepared and served by Thai Executive Chef Willment Leong.

Chef Rosebud Benitez prepared Duck Caldereta and Smoked Duck Croquette. Chef Gene Gonzalez churned out a Duck Adobo with Guava Confit and Pato Alla Naranja while Chef Boy Logro concocted Duck Fillet Salpicao and Vigan Style Sausage.
