One of the dishes I knew I just had to make in my Instant Pot was my all time fave and go to meal, Macaroni and Cheese. Being that an Instant Pot can cook ingredients evenly and blend flavors well, I hoped it would melt the cheese into gooey deliciousness!
I found a recipe that I could easily follow here. * I used fresh milk and mixed mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Surprisingly, the macaroni and cheese came out great. It was very cheesy and the pasta was cooked just right.
