This cooking mama needs all the help she can get. I am not a wonder in the kitchen, I can passably cook a dish and I’m not as creative as I’d like to be but I try. When I do try I can make a pretty good dish however it’s always the flavor that needs more. At Knorr’s Test Kitchen I discovered their newest product offering, Knorr Savor Rich Liquid Meaty Seasoning. The one day food market featured recipes from celebrated Chefs Nicco Santos of Your Local, Josh Boutwood of Savage and Helm, Happy Ongpauco of Happy Concept Group, and Kalel Chan of Raintree Restaurants.

The prepared dishes were a mix of Asian Fusion and Western grills all featuring Knorr Savor Rich.

These were served up during the Knorr Test Kitchen event. It opened to the public at 6pm wherein guests could try the various dishes presented by the chefs. These will also be available online through www.knorr.com/ph

It’s the first ever meaty seasoning in a liquid form that has that real meat flavor and being in liquid form it makes it much easier to blend with your ingredients. Knorr Savor Rich can be used during different stages of cooking from marinating, sauteing to basting.

I tried a few of the dishes myself and boy do I wish I could cook like that! Well, I can at least try now using Knorr Savor Rich.

And, I did! I made two dishes using the new liquid meaty seasoning. The dish on the left is a simple pork with potatoes dish and I added the seasoning which gave it more flavor. The kids agreed that it wasn’t bland like my previous dishes can sometimes be. The dish on the right was just veggies, no meat and I wanted to see if it would have a meaty taste which it did!

Available in Chicken and Pork flavors at leading supermarkets and groceries nationwide.
