The holiday rush is truly one of the busiest times of the year. It seems like their even more work, more activities, and more get-togethers which is not bad at all! In fact I look forward to it but when it gets to be overwhelming and I need a breather I hug my kids especially my youngest who loves to snuggle with me.
We sue Downy at home and don’t stick to any one scent but we have been using Passion lately upon the teens’ requests. That makes hugging the kids even that much better because Downy’s long lasting perfume freshness lingers and leaves me with a sense of calm.
Being not exactly an affectionate person but one that doesn’t readily show their emotions through actions, hugs especially from my kids have made me open up a little more. I’m terribly affectionate with my youngest and maybe it’s just me and I don’t want to crowd my teens but oftentimes they’re the ones that are affectionate towards me which I’m so thankful for!
