When I think of a breakfast buffet I know it needs to have bacon, eggs, cereal, and if there’s champorado all the better! I’m a simple gal as you can probably tell. Nowadays, breakfast buffets offer much more creative dishes.
I had breakfast at The Lobby in Hotel Rembrandt, a boutique hotel on Tomas Morato and got to try their selection of breakfast buffet dishes. There was quite a spread having variations of Pinoy and American breakfast favorites. At Php455 there are over 15 kinds of breakfast food to choose from.
Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get the names of the dishes but I have a ton of photos to share with you on what you can expect when you have breakfast at Hotel Rembrandt.
Apologies for the blurry picture, I liked this potato dish served with bell peppers and onions.
I requested for an omelet with all the toppings they had except for the black olives.
They also have a buffet for wine enthusiasts at only Php399.00. A bit early in the day for this but keep it in mind for late night gatherings or evening dates. Available from 6-10pm Mondays-Saturdays.
Thank you to Maritess Canlas and Hotel Rembrandt for the invite!
