My favorite mayo today is Jolly Real Mayo. By far, it’s the best mayo I’ve tasted. It’s thick and creamy, has just the right amount of salt and taste and isn’t oily. It’s a staple in our household even if I have to make a separate trip to buy it. That’s how much I love it! Today I’m sharing a chicken sandwich spread I’ve been dying to make.
Jolly Real Mayonnaise is one of the brands under Fly Ace Corporation. They carry a line of oils, canned fruits, juices, milks, wines, pasta, condiments, spreads and more. Ever since I’ve been introduced to their brands I’ve favored their products. I love their Jolly food line which specifically has Jolly Cow Milk, Jolly Condensada and their Jolly Real Mayo.
I’ve been wanting to recreate a sandwich I had tried at Stacys BGC called Apple County. It was very new to me and had a spread of chicken, mayo, grapes and apples! If you’re feeling experimental or this sounds tempting try my adjusted recipe below. It’s very simple to make, you know me I don’t cook so I always try to keep things simple.
Ingredients:
- 1 cooked chicken breast (shredded)
- 200ml Jolly Real Mayo
- 1/4 kl grapes (sliced)
- Lettuce
- Bread (your choice)
- Salt to taste
As I said it,s fairly simple. The prep time requires boiling the chicken and shredding it and then slicing the grapes into thin slices. Once all your ingredients are ready just mix everything together. You can adjust the creaminess of the spread to your liking by adding more Jolly Real Mayo.
Cut 2 slices of bread and lay a leaf of lettuce. Put the chicken spread on top and spread evenly. I used 2 kinds of bread for our sandwiches. I prefer the harder variety to your everyday sliced bread. This sandwich has Open Top Bread from French Baker.
I used a small Baguette from Tous Le Jour for this sandwich.
