On our second part of the Makati Restaurant Tour we headed over to the Zuellig building to experience modern comfort cuisine that Terraz Bistro and Meetings is known for. I was markedly impressed with not only the food but the ambiance and down to earth Head Chef Arnold who we were able to meet.
Terraz Bistro and Meetings is a hidden delight and can be found on the 3rd floor of the controversial high rise building which has spectacular views of central Makati.
The relaxed atmosphere and well lit bistro with scenic views will most probably have you experiencing long lunches and late dinners. You can’t help but feel relaxed in such an environment.
Within their restaurant you will also find 6 conference rooms perfect for meetings, social events and luncheons. We were a lucky bunch to be having lunch at such an upscale restaurant and my eyes, mouth and stomach were indeed treated to a feast.
Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna
The ahi tuna was immensely soft and delicious. The greens, beets and cherry tomatoes gave it that extra flavor.
Terraz Chef Salad
I have to say that all the meat in their dishes were cooked just right. Another example is the roast beef in this salad with a perfect topping of bacon, egg and ham.
Truffled Herb Chicken and Creamy Mushroom
I’ll probably name almost every dish in this post as a favorite but indeed this pasta dish was so creamy and the chicken so flavorful.
Simple Saffron Spaghetti
I wasn’t as impressed with this Saffron Spaghetti but don’t get me wrong, if you’re craving for some home made pasta with asparagus and spinach then definitely this is the dish for you.
Merlot Braised Veal Cheeks
I enjoyed the garlic potatoes and crisp veggies in this dish.
Grilled Bacon Wrapped Pork Medallion & Foie Gras
Probably my second favorite dish. Bacon, pork, potatoes… Perfect combination.
Buttered Tilapia Saltimbocca
The creamy mustard sauce and buttered tilapia are an enticing blend of flavors.
Spicy Terraz Corned Beef Adobo
The corned beef was so perfectly cooked, so tender and so rich. Literally, it feels like it’s melting in your mouth.
Pan-Seared Boneless Chicken Cream Emince
Another favorite, pan seared chicken, baked potato with a drizzle of creamy mushroom sauce.
Terraz Rice
Watermelon Shake
Pavlovaz
A heavenly dessert made of soft berry compote. Despite being a loyal chocolate lover I wholly enjoyed this!
Crepe Samurai
Mango, banana, cinnamon with caramel what more can I say? Our blogger group with Chef Arnold Gozon and Mela Sison of Terraz Bistro and Meetings.
I have to taste that Buttered Tilapia saltimboca, it looks so yummy! That’s what I want in a resto, very relaxing ambiance, it seems that everything is perfect there; the crew, the chef and the beautiful bloggers hmmnnnn:)
I have tried eating here last year and I love the food. Plus I love the Zuellig building!
The food looks delicious. I’m curious to try their pork medallions with foie gras. How are their prices?
Hi Kristina, the prices are a little bit high but with the ambiance and quality of food it’s definitely worth it!

Saya naman to go on restaurant tours! Hehe. I love the ambience and how the couches look super comfy. Of course, food looks very yummy, too!
Did you eat all that? Ang dami, haha! There seems to be a lot of dishes on cream. I’m not much of a cream person and definitely not a watermelon eater or drinker, but I’m sure these are all top class food. 🙂
Hi May, I just had a taste of each dish but I did eat a little more of the Truffled Pasta and Pork Medallions
The natural light that pours in really enhance the yellow(gold?) and green seating. I bet it makes the food really Instagram-ready. 🙂
The food looks delish and the place is posh. 🙂 Glad to know they have rooms for social events. Now there’s another resto added to the list of possible places to-go for this coming Christmas get-togethers. 😀

So many food posts on this comEx! I’m getting hungry already! 🙂 I wonder how you managed to finish all those yummy looking food, ang damiiii! 🙂 I’m curious to try the dessert!
