When I used to live near Congressional, I did my weekly grocery shopping at Cherry Fooderama. When I shared that I would be attending the reopening of Cherry Shaw, my mom fondly reminisced when she used to shop there. It was sad to hear when they closed.
Finally though, Cherry Shaw and Cherry Congressional reopened their doors on October 13 and October 15, 2015 respectively with a refreshed and more modernized look.
It was an exciting day and you can feel the energy in the air as people waited for the doors to open.
Already, Cherry Shaw is in a festive mood having Christmas decorations and lights all around.
Cherry Shaw and Congressional are also known as one stop shops, offering not only food and grocery items but also, clothes, toys, and home improvements.
Cherry Shaw offers fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, poultry, seafood, and more. They also have new assortment of groceries featuring a healthy mix of imported and all-time Pinoy favorites.
The stores also have appliances, furniture, home/kitchen ware, and more including health and wellness through Watsons pharmacy. The stores will also have bills payment counters for added convenience.
To celebrate the opening Xian Lim was present for a Meet and Greet.
