CyberZone Tech Sale of The Year at SM North EDSA

I was in tech heaven! I’m not a tech junkie BUT I do like the ease and various opportunities that tech devices and gadgets have given me especially being an online worker.

I was at the CyberZone Tech Sale of The Year at SM North EDSA and got an eyeful of beautiful hardware being offered at discounted prices. Technology is an investment and this tech sale of the year has plenty to offer when it comes to hugely discounted prices and freebies. We’re not talking about ordinary freebies but free printers, accessories and more.

Well known and trusted brands were at the fair and what was great was you had the opportunity to try the gadgets and devices!

The CyberZone tech sale is going on until August 17 at SM North EDSA at the 4th level until 10pm.

I haven’t had the chance to watch the musical but I have seen the movie. I know, I know! It’s a far cry from the musical BUT I would like to watch it and now that they’re bring it to Solaire Resort I just might get that chance!

The Babypalooza Bazaar is back! Sellers of baby products and service providers will once again come together to showcase their businesses at the only baby fair that features not only brand new but gently used (aka preloved) items for babies and pregnant mommies.

Eats @ SM Fairview Food Bazaar

A food bazaar is a fantastic place to try unique delicacies and dishes. I’ve been to quite a few and the experience is of course always filling and adventurous.

We’ve never had one in our area and it’s definitely a treat to have one so conveniently located at SM Fairview which is just a hop, skip or jump away.

Sometimes the usual fare of dining options offered by some restaurants around the Metro can be quite boring. Thus, the appearance of night food bazaars becomes a welcome surprise for even the finest epicureans, because these bazaars cater to different cravings and appetites.

Foodies around Fairview in Quezon City will be happy to know that such one-of-a-kind night food bazaar is coming their way. Starting on Thursday night, July 31, SM Fairview will serve as a dining destination of the area where casual food trippers can indulge as they taste samples from some forty different food vendors and kitchens.

Dubbed as EATS @ SM FAIRVIEW, the food bazaar will offer favorite local specialties such as crispy pata, bagnet and dampa-style grilled seafood. International selections include American rib eye steaks, authentic Japanese takoyaki and Chinese noodle soups. Those with smaller appetites can snack on freshly-made shawarmas, Ilocos empanadas, and Cebu chicaharon. Delectable desserts like buko sorbetes, puto bumbong, assorted cakes and pastries also await those with a sweet tooth.

Yummy Eats 2014

This was a much-awaited event for me as I wasn’t able to thoroughly enjoy last year’s Yummy Eats. Last year I still had my gallstones and was so limited in what I could eat. I vowed to come back the following year and it proved to be a very delectable, tummy rubbing, hard to breathe experience but in a good way!

This year Yummy Eats was held at Metrowalk’s Metrotent. The ticket increased by Php100 making it Php250 (if you buy online) and Php300 (if you buy it on the day itself). Pretty affordable considering you would be sampling from over 75 concessionaires!

Aside from the food sampling, there were cooking demos, raffles, contests, and awardings of Best Booth Award and People’s Choice Award.

It was a bit of a tight fit in the lobby while people were registering and claiming their tickets. We were there 10am on the dot and as you can see there were plenty of people ready for a day of food splurging.

The lobby had 2 photowalls, 1 where you needed to instagram the hashtag yummyeats2014 before you could get your picture and the other a free for all wall where you could also write messages.

Registration was pretty organized. This year they gave 1 tray per person which was a big help as compared to last year where you only had a small paper plate.

We were also given a passport, and chips to vote for our favorite booth.

Though Metrotent is pretty big it still wasn’t big enough to make it easy for people to line up and pass each other. There were just too many people and hopefully next year they choose a bigger venue.
