Quarantine life has been hard. It seemed so unfathomable that this pandemic would occur in my lifetime and the challenges that have come with this “new normal” that we now know today have created a new way of living for us.
Life is so vastly different from what we once knew. In place are fears and constraints but also upheaval and even more unpredictable difficulties. We’ve survived the quarantine life by following the most basic steps such as good hygiene, social distancing and avoiding what needs avoiding.
Hygienix

One of the best lifesavers has been my GoRobinsons app! To further avoid contact with others I’ve used this to shop for our groceries and necessities. The best thing about this is that you get free delivery for a minimum of P3500. Their delivery service is also very consideratel, living on the 5th floor they deliver right to our front door. I tried another popular grocery app but they only delivered to the gate. Since I order groceries good for 2 to 3 weeks this has been very helpful.
PLDT Home
Keeping in touch with loved ones is another necessity being how we are all physically distant from each other. Work, schooling, social events were all made possible with our PLDT Home Fiber plan. Most important for me personally was the ability to be online 24/7 as my job requires via calls and video calls.
The kids needed to be online simultaneously for school and each of the kids are able to keep up with assignments, projects and class video calls.
In cases where we needed a back up we had out PLDT Home Prepaid WiFi easily loadable through the app.

Surgical and Cloth Face Masks with Face Mask Lanyards
Unfortunately face masks are still very much necessary to help avoid contracting the deadly COVID-19 virus and its mutations. I’ve purchased several boxes of surgical masks but have made them fun with the different designs available. I also bought pretty cloth face masks to go with office. formal or casual attire. It also helps to have face mask lanyards.

Ever since I discovered fast acting Saridon, we’ve taken it for headaches. It’s become pretty popular it’s often out of stock so I make sure to buy a bunch!
