Ever since the community quarantine started it’s been difficult providing the necessities at home. Thankfully, many online food and grocery shops have become available. As much as possible I tried to stay at home and these have been my go to’s for online food and grocery deliveries.

I have several that are highly recommended and I’ve ordered from multiple times. From meats to veggies to even sweets, here are reliable options for you to try.

RECOMMENDED: JAAM Seafoods Trading Commonwealth

This was the very first meat and chicken seller I tried and I keep going back to it even after trying other online shops. They offer same delivery which I love and they make the whole process easy.

RECOMMENDED: JSPY Food Trading

I have ordered from this seller multiple times. Easy processing and fast delivery. One of my favorites that I’ll continue to order from even after ECQ, MEQ or whatever they’re calling it at the time of this reading.

RECOMMENDED: Fresh Veggies & Fruits

I never thought we’d be able to have veggies delivered! Thanks to my yoga teacher, Angie for pointing me in this direction. Very fresh supply of veggies. Next day delivery to make sure they maintain the quality.

I was initially attracted to the presentation of the products. They have a good variety of meat and poultry. The packaging was a bit disappointing though when it arrived. Understandably everything was wet but it was difficult to determine what was what.

Since Kianna is the chef at home I leave it to her to give her remarks. She said the meat quality wasn’t too fresh.

RECOMMENDED: Session Groceries

An alternative veggie seller is Session Groceries straight from Baguio. These also arrived fresh to our door. It was so fresh it seemed like it was just freshly picked. They have veggies and fruits which is great. Their pineapples were so sweet!

Ordering is done through an app and takes about 4 to 5 days.

Aside from the usual veggies they have bananas | pineapples | salted eggs | pandan leaves | dill | bell peppers | onion leeks

MNL Online Palengke

This shop offers meat, poultry, fruits and some grocery essentials like rice, flour etc. Kianna still found that JAAM Seafood Trading provided the most fresh meat and chicken cuts.

I loved that we were able to order fish here but admittedly, it’s not as fresh as we would like it to be.

Delivery though was timely. I was expecting it the next day but it arrived the very same day I ordered it.

RECOMMENDED: Zark’s Burgers

We miss eating out! I had never tried Zark’s Burgers to be honest but Kianna frequents it at SM Fairview so she told me about how they were selling their burger kits online.

We ordered their Burger Kit which came with 6 buns, 6 beef patties and cheese sauce for the burgers. We added some Twister Fries from JSPY Food Trading to complete the meal.

I was only able to finish half a burger. It was that filling but it was really good. If you have the ingredients needed for a jam packed burger all the better.

I ordered this through Viber which seems to be a new and popular way to order online.

RECOMMENDED: Icecreamhouse

Sweet tooth that I am I was craving for anything sweet! Luckily, my friend Ruth of  Ruthilicious / Ruth Dela Cruz shared about how Icecreamhouse was now delivering! It’s one of our favorites and we were thrilled. We love their ice cream sandwiches however those aren’t available for delivery BUT they do sell their gallon ice creams and cups.

It’s also a nice thing to gift to loved ones on their birthday or for special occasions during the quarantine period.

You can order through messenger and they’re very pleasant to deal with. Delivery is also fast.

RECOMMENDED: TinaPAY Online

Bread is a staple in our home but we’ve been hard pressed to come by it. We were able to have a variety of breads delivered from TinaPAY Online for our merienda. If not for the logistics I would be ordering more often from them. They’ve had to limit deliveries to certain areas.

SMR Chocolates Novaliches Bayan

Going back to cravings! We ordered some chocolates and sweets from the very popular SMR Chocolates. At the time that I ordered all the ones I wanted were out of stock so this is what we were able to order. Not bad and just enough to satisfy that sweet tooth craving every once in awhile.

It was pretty easy to order from them and they had fast delivery. I was just initially frustrated at the limited products they had but I can’t really blame them for being successful can I?

Minimart PH

We ordered some food and house staples through here. There were alot of out of stock items though. We did get to order fresh milk, cookies, detergent and fabric conditioner which we really needed.

Hopefully they replenish their stocks so we can order more items.
