Baon can be such a headache can’t it? Thinking up what to prepare, making sure your child eats it and trying to find a balance by making sure it’s healthy but yummy for them. The usual go to baon snacks like biscuits, pastries and crackers are the easiest way to ensure you’re child has a snack for school. One of Jael’s favorites is Magic Junior’s Condensada crackers. He can finish a whole pack in one siting!
I received a big box of Magic Junior flakes and shared some with you guys! I also asked for some baon tips that I could share in case there were moms (and dads) like me needing some extra help.
Here’s a few ideas from Magic Junior:
Decorate their baunan
While buying all those last-minute school supplies, surprise the kids with a couple of sticker packs and make decorating their baunan a magical bonding experience. Go the extra mile and help personalize their lunch boxes by having colorful stickers of their names made!
Surprise them with notes
The same way our kids show their affection through the drawings they make for us, we can also return the sweet gesture by surprising them with notes too. A simple “Have a great day!” written on colorful post its or a drawing of a cute dog inside their lunch boxes will surely brighten their day.
Prepare the baon together
Make baon preparation time with the kids a magical bonding experience with Jack ‘n Jill Magic Junior. Its perfect size and variety of flavors will surely bring a little bit of Magic to any regular school day. With a pack of Magic Junior crackers, moments at home and in school become extra special and more magical!
Here are tips from real moms and dads!
Jolly Carissa Teanila Francisco Baon Tip:
Invest in a separate small container just for fruits. Make it a habit to check if you’ve filled it up and placed it in your child’s lunchbox every morning. Food picks, like those colorful plastic ones with characters on top, make fruit more fun to eat.

The most important tip from everyone that shared: Make sure they have WATER. By bringing water they avoid sugary drinks and this is very important especially nowadays with more and more children being diagnosed as diabetic.
Thanks so much to everyone for sharing their tips. I’m sure many moms and dads will find this useful (I’m one of them!).
