Sleep has a huge role in helping a person consolidate all their memories. If a senior isn’t getting plenty of sleep, they may not be able to easily recall certain memories.
It’s important for seniors and their loved ones to put a priority on getting plenty of sleep. The majority of adults need, on average, seven to nine hours per day.
