Every year I look forward to Christmas because of all the yummy dishes that are being prepared. It’s the one time we can indulge and experience different dishes or make old favorites. At home, it’s a yearly tradition to make Macaroni Salad. Aside from the fact that it’s easy to make, it’s delicious and filling.
Macaroni salad is a dish that can be as easy or as complex as you’d like it to be. Some add raisins, relish and even carrots. Some use chicken, ham or tuna. I think you’ll notice that each family has their very own way of making macaroni salad.
Here’s my recipe for Macaroni Salad.
INGREDIENTS:
Ladys Choice Mayonnaise (470ml)
Salad Macaroni (500g)
Swift Deboned Ham
Queso De Bola
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Boil water and add salad macaroni. Drain and set aside.
2. Cut up ham and cheese into small cubes.
3. Mix it all up with 1 pack Ladys Choice Mayonnaise.
4. Add salt to taste.
