A new lifestyle/dining strip, one that delivers good fun and great eats for the entire family has just opened in the northern part of the metropolis named Calle Bistro. Ideally located in Commonwealth, Quezon City, Calle Bistro is located right beside the popular Ever Commonwealth mall.
“We aim that Calle Bistro will become the favorite destination of families and friends who are looking for a foodie adventure in this side of the city,” said Chie Arao-Santos, Corporate Marketing Manager of the Ever Group of Companies. “We welcome everyone especially those who live in the northern Metro Manila who want to have a good time and memorable dining. Calle Bistro is perfect for those living in Commonwealth and nearby areas as they don’t have to travel too far and endure the heavy traffic.”
Calle Bistro will complement Ever Commonwealth as it has more than a dozen distinct tenants that range from Chinese to Filipino restaurants, cafes and wine bars. Its perfect mix of stores and shops create an ideal community where customers can dine, meet, relax and enjoy a variety of flavors and experiences with family and friends from breakfast to after-dinner drinks.
During the launch last July 27, Calle Bistro highlighted its dine-and-chill vibe. With good music from local artists, tasty food and delicious drinks courtesy of After Twelve Bar and Elm’s Kapihan & Winery, guests enjoyed the night and joined in the games. The opening night was a success as families, office workers and student ‘barkadas’ — even the mall goers — joined in the fun and sampled some of the food offered by Calle Bistro’s tenants.
Visitors were also impressed by the sleek, modern ambience of the place, which was well lighted and exudes a warm and welcoming vibe.
New Food and Offerings
Drop by Calle Bistro and enjoy the food and offerings from Starbucks, Gerry’s Restaurant and Bar, Elm’s Kapihan & Winery, PUB Express, Hap Chan and Macao Imperial Tea. Soon to open within the year are Tim Hortons, After Twelve Bar, Cook the Bread and Teriyaki Boy, including JT’s Manukan Grille, Adobo Connection, Sisig Society, and Ima’s Kitchen.
“If you look at the tenant mix at Calle Bistro, you can see that we took a lot of effort to make sure that there is something for everyone. From breakfast, you can have your coffee and bread at Starbucks; for lunch, try the Japanese dishes at Teriyaki Boy or the Chinese fare at Hap Chan. For merienda, there are cold drinks at Tim Hortons or Macao Imperial Tea and for dinner, try Filipino food at Gerry’s Restaurant and Bar or Ima’s Kitchen. For chill moments, enjoy the cocktails at After Twelve Bar,” said Santos. “For the young to the busy professional to seniors who just want to enjoy the night, there are treats waiting for them at each Calle Bistro tenant.”
However, Santos added that Calle Bistro is not just for those who want to eat. “This is not just a space for food, as we want to build a community here. Soon, we will have events, mini-concerts, in-store promos, etc. to make the place a vibrant and exciting destination. We want people here to exchange stories, make memorable moments and bond with family and friends,” she said. “Calle Bistro is for those who want the best of life without the hassles of driving too far. They are safe here and we guarantee to give them a pleasant experience whatever the time of the day or night is.”
Calle Bistro is located at Ever Commonwealth Parking Grounds, Quezon City.
