Sweets are my most favorite food. That is until I started to get fit. My weight loss journey has made me sacrifice sweets tremendously. I now have to wisely choose what I will and will not eat. Over the holidays I relaxed a teensy bit and searched for condensada dessert recipes to make.
Easy Milo Balls
It was my first time to try a dessert with dessicated coconut. It turned out surprisingly well. Just a couple of balls and you’ll satisfy that sweet tooth.

Layered Fruit and Custard Trifle Recipe
I was looking for a dessert recipe that would combine fruits and condensed milk an all that my searches kept turning up were fruit salad. We have this year after year on New Year’s Eve an I wanted to try something different so voila! This originally didn’t have condensed milk but I added it in keeping with our usual tradition. Also pleasantly surprised to see it turned out okay. The teens liked it as well as I did but I only had a few bites.
