Nips has been a favorite since I can remember. Actually, I recall the Nips that came in those white boxes and that’s when I first fell in love with this local chocolate brand. You might have heard about the latest winners of Nips Pop Fest 2017 “Pinka-HANIPS” award. How lucky! Abigail Bagabaldo won for her creative piece “Share the Colorful World of Nips!” and received a cash prize of Php100,000, Nips gift packs and a feature on MYX! What?! That’s pretty amazing. The second place prize went to Jhun De le Cruz Sager for “Paint the World with Rainbow” and took home Php50,000. Not bad. Third place went to Michael Bernardo Golez for “BON (Bag of Nips) VOYAGE” with a Php30,000 cash prize.
I just love when Filipino talent and creativity is given a chance to shine. With Nips Pop Fest, Jack ‘n Jill Nips continues to encourage the young and young at heart to express their playful and creative side. The awarding was a fun event having exciting booth activities such as shooting your own music video clip, designing bags and shirts and decorating mason jars. There were also performances by Autotelic and Rocksteddy.
Our latest Nips favorite at home are these dark chocolate and white chocolate bars. I’m telling you, I’m seeing wrappers all over the house.
We TRY and control our chocolate intake but it’s so hard with these around! I wonder what Nips is going to come up with next…
