My hometown Quezon City is finally going to have a bustling business district. Despite being one of the biggest cities in the Philippines, the laid back nature has people travelling to BGC, Makati etc for work and leisure. Though we have some notable malls the arrival of Vertis North will provide even more activities and places to go to. Alongside Vertis North rises Seda Hotel’s’ latest, largest and can be considered one of their best hotels, Seda Vertis North.
They’ve made their hotel bigger expanding to 438 guestrooms and suites. With the aim of catering to business travelers in the North they’ve designed and made it their premier and biggest hotel. Being the closest premiere hotel to Clark International airport where more and more flights are coming in from we can expect a steady sea of business travelers and families to stay at Seda Vertis North.
Stepping into the lobby you’ll find yourself in a hotel displaying a classic yet stylish design. Don Jaime Zobel de Ayala has his artworks all around the hotel with the front desk displaying his most expansive one.
The art is not the only notable pieces. You’ll see creative designs and bursts of color in corners and spaces around the hotel.
Accommodations
Deluxe Room (Double Beds) 32sqm
The neutral color palette adds to the room’s charm and coziness. Above the beds is another painting masterpiece by Don Jaime Zobel de Ayala.
Keeping it neat and tidy is a bulit in long table that can serve as a desk and where the TV is mounted.
The Deluxe room offers a larger than usual bathroom with a see through shower dividing the toilet area allowing for more than one person to use the bathroom at a time.
Guests are greeted with a personalized card and bar of chocolate. Nice touch!
Here’s the view from the 4th floor deluxe room. The view isn’t the best it can be with the Metro Railway and construction going on but I’m told that the noise doesn’t infiltrate the room too much.
As you can see, Seda Vertis North is just a hop, skip and jump away from Trinoma Landmark.
Deluxe Room (King Size bed) 32sqm
The deluxe rooms have the same measured space but offer a choice of 2 double beds or 1 king size bed. The King size room has a sofa and small table.
Premiere Suite 48sqm
For now the Premiere Suite is the room of choice for brides and their entourage. They’ll be offering bigger suites at 64sqm having a master bedroom, guest room and living room, bath tub, kitchenette and Club Lounge access very soon.
The bathroom is quite spacious and has a bathtub. The toilet and shower area are all separately walled off with clear glass doors.

Hotel Amenities
The Spa, gym and pool. Aside from these you can expect even more features to come. Already in the works is the Club Lounge with perks and privileges specially for guests, the Presidential Suite, a Chinese restaurant and Straight Up, Seda Hotel’s signature rooftop bar on the 24th floor. I’m excited for the bar in particular as it will feature expansive views of the city skyline, the first of its kind in QC.
Spa
Much thought was put into the spa allowing for more massage rooms, bathroom and locker room. It also has a steam and sauna.
Gym
There’s plenty of equipment in their gym and it also has a dance studio for cardio, Zumba, Pilates and Yoga workouts. Trainers can be provided by request.
Pool Area (Event Space)
Aside from the event space at the pool area their Quezon Ballroom that can seat up to 500 guests will make an ideal setting for intimate gatherings, conferences, and weddings. Their cocktail set up can cater to as many as 700 guests. Already they have bookings for weddings and I wasn’t at all surprised to hear it. Usually, North peeps travel to Ortigas, BGC or Makati for a hotel wedding venue now there’s no need to go so far. Hotel weddings can be held right in the heart of QC.
The outdoor pool having both a kiddie and adult one is set in a decor of relaxing hues. I was surprised to see that the light teal color and gray complimented each other.
Misto Restaurant
Their all day in-house restaurant adds to the already impressive amenities. The 250 seat full scale international restaurant features a show kitchen, wide variety of dishes at their buffet and a happy hour to rival other happy hours in the North.

Vertis North, Quezon City

Looks like a real promising development that would soon set the standards of high hotel living in Quezon City. The place has such an impressive location. It is indeed in the center of Quezon City, being surrounded by malls, bpos, and even near transport terminals.
Wow! Looks like a really nice hotel. Great options for staycations! Another place I’ll add to my bucketlist! 😀
Looks like a fabulously luxurious place to stay. I adore those giraffes! And the unexpected pops of colour and unusual furniture are lovely. One for the bucket list.
Wow! I love the overall look of this hotel. The rooms are spacious and every corner is so cozy. Everything looks modern too! Good thing it’s just near my place, I can book a staycation asap. Thanks for sharing 🙂
Ang gandaaaaa, it’s one of the hotels we’re eyeing for wedding preps kaso there’s still so much construction going on around the area. Even the view from above, puro slums pa. 5 star pala to, in fairness! Will check this out soon! <3
I love the fact that they own 438 guestrooms. Aside from the beautiful rooms that they have, they also own a good gym which is s rare to find it in other Hotels. I love the intricate design of their rooms as well even the whole set up, it looks so organize and everything inside the room really rhyme with each other. The Spa is quite big and the beanery seems to offer a great deal of good and luscious food. Thank you so much for sharing this with us.
I’m surprised to know that Seda Hotel in Vertis North is a 5-star hotel. It seems like a 4-star hotel to me plus the toiletries don’t look that luxurious. I would still love to try this though with its spacious room, stylish decor, and premium bedding. Hopefully, when the construction is already done so there isn’t an eye sore.
