As more and more illnesses arise and people get sick younger and younger we’ve become aware of the fact that we need to make an adjustment and switch to healthy living. One brand that takes on that challenge with gusto is Healthy Options, a natural food and product store. I shared with you their holiday offerings awhile ago and this time around I’m sharing with you their all natural free range eggs.
Being an outspoken advocate on living consciously when it comes to health and well being, it’s no surprise that they ensure their stores are well stocked with everyday products.
Their all natural free range eggs may not look the norm and as it should be they look even healthier. How exactly are these eggs “healthier”? Well, the difference lies in the source as the eggs come from free range hens grown naturally. Living conditions and diet play a big role in producing natural eggs. Free range hens live in coops to freely nest and lay their eggs at their own pace. They’re also fed healthy forage and vegetarian feed so that they lay eggs that have thicker shells and a robust flavor.
These all natural eggs are delivered to Healthy Options stores with a shelf life of up to one month in the chiller.
You can get your free range eggs at the following Healthy Options stores: Trinoma, SM City North Edsa, Robinsosn Magnolia, Eastwood City, SM Megamall, Shangri-La Plaza, Glorietta 2, Greenbelt 5, Rustan’s Makati, Powerplant Mall, SM City Manila, SM Aura, Alabang Town Center, Festival Supermall and Solenad 3 Nuvali.

It’s very essential to pay attention to our health and make sure to eat healthy. Even though I really try to be conscious about it, I didn’t know you could also pick healthier eggs. Glad to learn about it. I really like it that these eggs come from free range hens. It’s also good tho think about the welfare of the animals. I’ll check out if can buy such eggs here as well!
Looks good. Organic food is often tastier and has better nutritional values. Might be more expensive but in most cases worth money. In Finland it’s never allowed to give animals hormones or antibiotics but when I lived in the US I realized that because those were allowed I ate only organic food there. I don’t want to get those chemicals into my body.
It is always good to hear about healthy food. I am not a vegetarian at all, but I am still always uncomfortable to hear about animals being mistreated. That is why I am glad to hear that these eggs are free range. I bet that makes them taste better too!
We always have all natural free range eggs when we are in Denmark so I was thrilled when I saw the brown eggs at the Healthy Options in Glorietta. However, I still have a tray of the regular eggs at home so I decided not to buy yet. I’ll go back to Healthy Options when our egg supply runs out. Antibiotics or chemicals in eggs is never a good thing especially if I feed it to my toddler. Health comes first!
About the closest one could get to healthy eggs… organic and free range. Of course, merong mga taong mahilig makipag-dabate na tatanungin naman, free range, pero ano ang nasa lupa na nakakain ng manok? Baka naman merong fertilizer…
But that is not the point. In this time and age where everything is commercialized, you need to spend much more money to buy the healthiest food possible.
Cool! Organic eggs are the best. Just this year, I’ve started to condition my mind (and stomach) to only accept the right amount of specific items (like carbs, etc.) and it’s been a struggle, haha. In the end though, I’m quite certain eating healthy now will be rewarding in the future.
Such a healthy haul! I love shopping at Healthy Options too but I haven’t had the chance to get any produce from them. They don’t sell fresh produce at their branch in SM Moa which is the one nearest to me. I love buying Voss water from them though!
