Our family loves cheese! Growing up on macaroni and cheese, grilled cheese sandwiches and spaghetti with heaps of cheese it’s a staple in our home. One of my cheesy choices is Eden Cheese. I recently attended a special event at 25 Mushrooms Kitchen where the new Eden Mommy was introduced and it was no other than the fun and cheerful Mommy Star.
Discovered by Eden Cheese through social media, Mommy Star embodies the brand with her character, love for cooking, and knack for coming up with cheesy delights.
Mommy Star is a hands-on single parent who became popular through her videos about random life hacks and helpful tips and tricks. She loves to entertain her daughter, Mariam during her downtime by singing her heart out and when she dances, it’s like no one’s watching! We were entertained by her dancing and singing as she told us about how she became Mommy Star and even when she was cooking.
“We’re happy we found Mommy and hope that she will be an inspiration for other mothers to be their own kitchen superstar. We’re very excited about this project and look forward to seeing mommies everywhere share their own Eden Cheese recipes,” shared Nikki Paras, Assistant Brand Manager for Eden Cheese Philippines.
One of the most obvious favorite topics that Mommy Star likes to share on her page and through her vlogs is cooking and making sure that meal times are more fun and creative for her daughter. She shared a cheesy fried Tilapia recipe which I’d like to try to cook.
Eden Cheese can turn any ordinary dish into an extraordinary meal making it cheesier and healthier. Here’s a look at the Fried Tilapia stuffed with Eden Cheese! You can see the cheese melted but didn’t ooze out.
Mommy Star’s inspiration is her daughter, Mariam who is just as fun and cheerful as she is.
Eden Cheese has the original Eden Cheese, Eden Melt Sarap, Eden Mayo and Eden Sandwich Spread. After this event, I learned you can put cheese on almost anything. What do you think of Champorado with cheese?
More recipes are available at Cheese Anything, and I have to say I already have my eye on a few I’m wanting to do.

My heart salivates on the Tilapia with cheese. Very high protein diet indeed.
I know this, my mom follows Mommy Star too, I think it’s nice for moms to follow these kinds of stuff where they can relate :))
Delicious! My officemate’s mom got featured in Eden’s commercial for winning in the raffle. They really make use of yummy recipes to bring out the taste of cheese!
I personally like foods that has cheese on it, I’m a cheese lover, certified, happy to hear that we can really come up with a lot of recipes to incorporate with our foods and it cam make it more tasty.
Argh I love Eden cheese. It’s our favorite local cheese! And it’s true that it makes everything special. We haven’t tried it on Tilapia, but will sure do! Thanks for the idea!
I think I need to follow every Mommy Star’s recipe to finally introduce myself on cooking.. I love everything with cheese!
I loooooove cheese! Who doesn’t anyway? hehe. Eden is our trusted brand here as well. 🙂
Honestly before, my mother loves to use Quezo brand, but I am more hooked using Eden cheese. I wish to see Mommy Star in person too. Sayang, I did not get an invite.
My mom actually eat lots of Eden cheese while I’m still in her womb. I got 2 teeth when I came out, haha! This proves that Eden is really rich in calcium.
I have watched one of the Eden’s new TVC. I didn’t know that we can add cheese to a fish dish! That’s something I haven’t tried or tasted yet. But I bet, it’s delish since I am a cheese lover too! I’ll be visiting Eden FB page to see more recipes that I may try at home. ^_^
Cheese has got to be one of man’s greatest inventions. The Tilapia recipe sounds interesting. Will definitely try it out.
I love cheese! Thank you for sharing this one. I always ask my mom to make an omelette with grated cheese in it.
I love cheese too! I haven’t heard or seen a cheese stuffed tilapia. That’s gonna be a must try! We’re also a loyal buyer of Eden Cheese. Iba talaga ang pagka-cheese ng Eden. There are a lot of alternative cheese brands in the market for a much cheaper price but the quality (in terms of taste) is and will never be as good as Eden for sure.
Champorado with cheese? Now that’s something worth trying one of these rainy days. Never tried Tilapia with cheese as well. I gotta make the suggestion the next time my lola cooks 🙂
