After a meal I like to munch on something sweet and it’s been a habit whether it’s a cookie or a piece of chocolate. Lately, I’ve been munching on Lotus Biscoff Biscuits and the gingerbread taste is soooo delicious that I have to munch on more than one!
My morning ritual has become my usual cup of hot chocolate and these delightful biscuits. I’ve heard that this is best paired with coffee so coffee drinkers are sure to delight in this as well.
You’ve probably seen their spread and that never lasts for more than a few days in our home. It’s Jael’s ultimate favorite spread and so we make sure to have a bottle in the house.
A little history about Lotus Biscoff. Biscoff Cookies are a type of shortcrust biscuit known as “Speculoos,” which is a Belgian specialty. Traditionally, Speculoos was made for special occasions, such as weddings, births, and to celebrate St. Nicholas’ Feast on December 6.
The original recipe, which remains unchanged, made the Speculoos an instant hit in Europe’s famous cafés.
Lotus Biscoff Biscuits are available in leading supermarkets.

Yep, I have and I enjoyed it. It’s good especially when paired with coffee or tea! 🙂

I love Lotus Biscoff biscuits! I can’t stop eating them — which is probably why I avoid them when I’m in the supermarket haha!

It is also my routine to eat something sweet like cookie or a piece of chocolate after we eat. This looks interesting to try and I would to pair it with coffee too! Will buy this on our next grocery. Thanks for sharing!
