When I received an invite to join the launch of Robinsons community malls new branding it was at a time that I needed to get away even for just a day. The usual work grind and and such. With the re-branding of the community malls to Robinsons Townville, I had the pleasure to enjoy a day of games, activities and more at their Meycauayan mall in Bulacan.
Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc. has been operating community malls for quite some time now having their first mall in Cabanatuan in 2008. Their are currently 9 malls nationwide including Meycauayan, Pulilan, BF Ruins, Davao, Laguna, Dumaguete, Imus and Dasmariñas, Cavite. One more community mall is scheduled to open before the year ends. These malls, however, are by different names hence the re-branding.
Robinsons formally branded their malls Robinsons Townville. “Robinsons Townville connotes a sense of belongingness, of being family-oriented, fun and friendly. A convenient place to go to where goods and services reasonably meet the expectations of households,” said Mr. Joel Delfin, AVP of Robinsons Townville.
The aim of a community mall such as Robinsons Townville is to satisfy basic household and personal needs for families but to also make it a fun and friendly shopping experience for the whole family. Nice little note: NO parking fees!

Robinsons Townville has everything you could possibly need and will surely find at these stores.
One of my favorite stores! You can get so many items here. It’s very tempting to just take a peek but guaranteed you’ll walk out with items you “need”!
Robinsons Supermarket is pretty much complete when it comes to your household needs. It’s the one place I can find both my Skin White body wash and Jolly Mayo! In other supermarkets you’ll have to go to different places just to get these!
While shopping, the kids can enjoy some play time at Fun House!
You can get your cake and pastry needs at this quaint bakery, Cake Inspirations.
To kick-off the branding Robinsons Townville, a carnival-themed celebration was organized to excite the community starting with Meycauayan (August 14). To follow are:
Cabanatuan (August 28)
BF Parañaque (September 11)
Pulilan (September 25)
Fun and rewarding games and activities await attendees! You can also enjoy special performances from local performers. Besides the three-day sale at every launch date, customers can double their points on their Robinsons Rewards Card when they purchase in any of the Robinsons stores during this period.
Pretty awesome is this activity by Purefoods where you pay Php10 for a stick and you can put as much hotdog slices as you can.
It must have been my off day because I didn’t even get one ring in!
I also enjoyed this game from Dremel where I drilled my name onto a board. It’s tough handling a drill so as you can see my name is all squiggly!
Thank you to Robinsons Mall and Stratworks for a fun day away from my usual grind! Thanks for these groceries that I was lucky enough to win!
