One of my all time faves is the sweetly delicious Cinnabon roll. Their Classic roll is my favorite and so you can just imagine how ecstatic I was to be invited to a baking session at their Estancia Capital Commons branch. I learned how these heavenly cinnamon rolls were made and got to try their newest offering the Mixed Berry Minibon.
The baking session was an intimate one with my co-admins of Mommy Bloggers Philippines, Lanie & Joy.

Master Baker Reggie and Ada taught us how these rolls were made from kneading the dough to applying the cream cheese. As we all know, I’m no Julia Child BUT I enjoyed learning the process and appreciated the hard work that goes into creating these perfectly symmetrical buns.
As I discovered, Cinnabon has a special mix in their dough and has a trademark cinnamon blend that gives it that perfect amount of softness and sweetness. Topped with their cream cheese frosting, it’s sinfully delicious.
All the rolls are made from scratch with precision and careful attention. No wonder those cinnamon rolls I’m always eyeing look as pretty as they do.

We got the chance to make their Mixed Berry Minibon which is bursting with berry flavor. For those who aren’t chocoholics, this sweet option is perfect for you as the classic roll is paired with lemon, tart berry flavor and plush purple fruit toppings.

You can see just how delectable the Mixed Berry Minibon is. Needless to say, it was a hit with the family. Even my diabetic hubby had to have a try and he really liked it. I can’t wait for my next trip to Cinnabon!
Cinnabon Mixed Berry Minibon is available for a limited-time-only in all Cinnabon Philippines Stores nationwide!
