During our staycation at The Linden Suites, we were able to have breakfast at Mesclun Restaurant and Cafe. I had actually previously had an enjoyable lunch there sans family and I liked the dish I tried along with the Power Shake which was a first time for me. I’ll tell you more about it in a bit.
You can find Mesclun Restaurant and Cafe on the 2nd floor of The Linden Suites. Mesclun offers a mix of cuisine and is both a dining option and for room service. Included in their well rounded menu is Asian, European and Mediterranean cuisine.
Mesclun is quite spacious and has a large dining space and a separate area with a bar and more dining tables.
During the day Mesclun is well lit with natural light coming in.
The interiors of Mesclun is quite unique. There are wine bottles spanning across one wall.
During a lunch meeting there I was treated to a wonderfully creamy pasta dish.
This is the Power Shake that came highly recommended. It has all the nutrients and veggies you’ll need to keep you powered up for the day.
Mesclun also has a mini bakery offering delicious cakes and they offer Arce Dairy ice cream. I tried their Dark Caramel ice cream which was a first for me. It had a hint of sea salt. Yummy!
Their breakfast buffet offers the usual fare but you’ll get your fill on all the breads, fruits, cereals and crepes you want!
A nice selection of breads and spreads.
Variety of juices to choose from.
Pinsec Prito
Pork with White Wine Sauce
Fish in Lemon Butter Sauce
Assorted Sausages
Stir Fry Vegetables
Breakfast isn’t complete without a little bit of dessert. I liked the carrot cake best of all.
Our breakfast that morning energized us for the day ahead. The kids were into the cereals and juice. We also had crepes and may I recommend the bacon and cheese crepes for bacon lovers like me? Oliver loved the Fish in Lemon Butter Sauce as I did.
Mesclun Restaurant and Cafe is located at The Linden Suites.
