Who doesn’t love to be pampered? I sure do. I had a fabulous time with my college friends, Dez and Shirine at Nailaholics Salon and Spa. I hadn’t seen them for quite some time so it was definitely a treat to get our nails done together.
We headed on to their branch at SM Fairview and were lucky that there were available attendants to assist us. I like their calming beach theme. I guess I get that vibe because of the greens and blues used to decorate the place.
We each had a Nature’s Haven Spa Manicure (php300) which included a hand spa treatment and exfoliation using all natural sea salt scrub and VCO. We had some nail cleaning and shaping then cuticle treatment.
My attendant was very gentle and knowing. To get some polish we needed to add Php50. Dez and I opted out of getting polish. I don’t really like having polish on my hands since they come off easily from all the household chores and to be honest my carelessness.
A massage was included and it was something I needed since I work online. My tired hands loved the soothing massage.
It was a first for my friend Shirine, to try a spa like this and she seemed really happy with the experience. She decided on a deep purple polish for her nails.
Despite being under the weather I had a really great time catching up with these two. It was still the same, constant laughing and picking up from where we left off. Hopefully it doesn’t take another 7 or 8 years to see them again!
