Yakimix was on my list of affordable all you can eat buffet restaurants though I hadn’t tried it till recently. My co-Mommy Bloggers Philippines admins and I headed to Yakimix in Trinoma to celebrate a late Christmas together.
We went on a weekday and in the morning so we were one of the first through the door. This all you can eat buffet branch is spacious yet cozy.
Lani had procured vouchers for us on Metro Deal and so we had a table reserved for us. Fun times with Lani of Tweenselmom and Joy of Joy Gurtiza.

Yakimix offers Japanese, Korean, and Chinese Cuisine. We had prepared for this and were on empty stomachs. There was so much to choose from but we took our time as we had 2 hours allotted for our stay.
I tried various meats which I grilled at the table. I, of course, burnt some of it but nevertheless it was still tasty. I loved the cuts of bacon, pork and beef.
Being a grill service restaurant they had plenty of seasonings, dips and sauces.
They had a salad and fruit station.
Plenty of maki and rolls.I enjoyed this quite a bit and despite the rule of not eating rice this was just too hard to resist.
Unique spin on pizza.
I loved this layout and design. It’s similar to another Japanese buffet restaurant I’ve visited.
I left room for dessert, of course. They had a chocolate fountain and I got my fill on that.
I tried various cakes and pastries.
Drinks are also unlimited and I really enjoyed their Lemonade.

At about an hour into our eating the place was already packed despite being a weekday.

Haven’t been to this branch yet, there seems to be more food now compared to when I last visited about 2 years ago.

Awesome post! You just made me miss the Philippines a lot
I used to eat at Yakimix for almost once a month with friends and it has always been a great place to eat in.

I have almost forgotten about Metro Deals and the like. Thanks for reminding me. It’s always something nice to have, discounts for meals. I should go and grab some for my dates with my son.
