Kobo Glo Sleepcover

I know there’s a big debate over reading “real” books or reading on ereaders. Truth be told I still love the smell of a good worn book. I love to see a row of books on a shelf BUT if for every book that I wanted to read I needed to actually buy a “real” book and have it at home I would be swimming in books. I almost was at one point until I finally and painstakenly let go of most of my collection. I only kept the ones that I truly love and hold my interest no matter how many times I’ve read them.

I have come to LOVE my Kobo Glo which was one of the best gifts I’ve ever received. This bookworm will take books in any way, shape or form. When I first got my Kobo Glo the first thing I searched for was a Kobo Glo sleepcover. I saw a ton online but none that I could find here.

I might sound crazy… BUT isn’t this a beaut?! Leather charcoal black cover with a magnetic closure and a garter to secure it. At first I was worried that I would scratch up the cover or marks would be on there in no time but to my surprise even when I accidentally scratched it there wasn’t any kind of mark. It’s a soft leather so there aren’t any finger marks as well.

The inside is smooth and makes sure that your Kobo Glo will not get scratched. It fits nicely and easily into the 4 corner brackets. Perfectly suited and made for my baby.

My Kobo Glo is white so it’s a nice contrast to the black sleepcover.

As you can see the on/off and light buttons are easily accessible though you won’t have much need to use the on/off button since your Kobo Glo will automatically “sleep” when closed and “wake up” when opened.

The charger port is in the middle so no problems.

Nice and compact, perfect to bring with you anywhere.You can secure it with the garter and even if you read it with the backside folded it still closes all the way which I love. I was checking for creases on the spine of the sleepcover but none so far!

I am loving my Kobo Glo sleepcover! It’s definitely a worthy investment to protect your ereader.
