One of my “problem areas” would have to be my feet. I don’t get to pamper them as much as I should. When I can I go to the spa for a pedicure and scrub to get some foot therapy. It seems to be a neglected part and lately I’ve been working on that by paying more attention to them.
I was lucky to receive Nature Essentials therapy socks and foot balm to try out. I was thrilled to hear that in just applying the foot balm and wearing the socks for 20 minutes each day that it will relieve my dry cracked heels, draw out impurities in my skin and even help release stress. Well, there you go… ONE of my big secrets… I have cracked heels. I walk around my house barefoot so I’m sure that’s the main cause.
The therapy socks are a pretty pink which I love because it makes me feel feminine even for just a little while. Let me tell you, it’s hard to get that feminine feeling going when you’re working at home, taking care of kids and doing chores.
Inside the socks are a gel that further assists in the foot balm taking effect. You might be expecting a minty menthol feel but in fact you don’t and yet you’re feet are still refreshed after a session. What I also liked about it is that it doesn’t have a greasy feeling afterwards unlike some foot balms.
The foot balm is organic and doesn’t have any paraffin wax which is apparently very harmful to skin. Nature Essentials promotes products that are safe and chemical free.
So far I’ve been using it for a week. Indeed my feet do feel refreshed after applying the foot balm and wearing the therapy socks.
Thanks to Nature Essentials and Mommy Bloggers Philippines!
I dont pay as much attention to my feet din kaya kawawa sila hihi. I’d love to give this a try too!:)
So, paraffin wax is harmful pala? Why I didn’t know that. Haha. Buti nalang I am not a fan of foot spas outside. I normally just do foot spa for myself. Stingy me! 😛
If there’s one body part I really don’t appreciate that much, it would be my feet. Well, aside from the fact that it doesn’t look good (bec my feet are just wide “parang barko”), I am also guilty that I haven’t given them that much care and attention as well. I’m glad there’s a foot therapy like this. Perhaps, I could try one soon! Thanks for sharing!
If there’s one body part I really dont appreciate that much, that would be my feet. Aside from the fact that they’re wide “parang barko”, I am also guilty of neglecting and not taking good care of my feet. I am glad to have read this post, I’ll better try this one too! Thanks for sharing!
Same here, I don’t give much attention to my feet as I should. I really have to start taking better care of them. I’ll check out this product din. Looks something interesting to try.. 😀
I want to try that too, I pity my feet this time must pamper it. Thanks for the info.
Ang cute ng socks! Hehe! That menthol thing though is interesting.
Oh, this sounds like what I need. My heels are cracked too and I really don’t give my feet enough attention that they truly need.
I agree with you, feet is one of my neglected part din. Online lang ba available yung products?
Hi Michi! Yes, available yung products niya sa Facebook page niya.
Thise socks are too cute! This reminds me how I badky need mani and pedi. Plus a little extra papering with a foot spa. Been ignoring this for the past months.
Would love to get that to soothe my tired feet from running!
I will definitely try this mommy Louisa. Thank you for sharing this to us mommies. I badly needed relaxation for my feet. 🙂
