If you’re looking for authentic Japanese food then look no further than Kichitora of Tokyo. I had a chance to visit their Megamall branch courtesy of MunchPunch.
I was extremely pleased to receive an e-gift from MunchPunch for writing about their service. I’ve had the pleasure of being a VIP member and getting great deals such as the one I got from Gelatissimo.
They gifted me with a Php500 voucher for Kichitora of Tokyo and we headed on over to try their cuisine.
It was a Saturday and although we got a table right away I noticed a line started to form soon after we were seated. We had just eaten lunch so we were seeking something light and looked at appetizers to try.
Kitchen Soboro Don (Php175)
This was Kianna’s favorite. I also liked this. It’s Japanese rice topped with onsen tamago and minced chicken in a sweet soy sauce.
Gyoza (Php150)
These pan fried dumplings were alright. For me it wasn’t exceptional but it was tasty.
We were also served soup. A bit bland though.
Chicken Karaage (Family Portion- Php250)
I liked this the best. It was so delicious and the garlic mayo dip really complimented this boneless fried chicken.
Beautiful isn’t it?

I’m a MunchPunch VIP too, but never had the chance to enjoy their service. Most of their offerings are limited to restos in Manila. 🙁
