Jake, Finn and the rest of the Adventure Time folks are making the rounds at the Ayala Malls!
Jael and I got to visit the funny characters of Adventure Time at Ayala Malls Fairview Terraces.
Adventure Time takes place in the Land of Ooo, a post-apocalyptic wasteland filled with magical creatures where Finn the Human and Jake the Dog, battle against a pastiche of geekish villains.
The Adventure Time Live on Stage show features Fann, a mad Adventure Time fan, as he attempts to write a totes radical Adventure Time fan fiction story that will turn into a real life adventure, where Finn and Jake are sucked through a wormhole between the Land of Ooo and the fan’s bedroom closet.
The kids had an awesome time watching as each of the characters made their appearance.
Jael was excited each time a character came out of the closet. He wasn’t too glad to see Ice King, one of the villains in the series. He did like Princess Bubblegum, though.
Jael got to take a picture with Jake, Finn and Fann!
As part of the Meet and Greet you can opt to have your picture taken by Photoline and pay only Php30.00 per 5R pic to have them printed. You can also take the picture yourself or have a family member take a picture for you.
To be able to attend the Adventure Time shows you’ll need to purchase (single or accumulated) Php500 of items to get tickets. This will depend on the mall where you’ll be attending the show. Please visit their Facebook page for more information (links to their pages in the schedule below).
The children also got a box of 2 donuts from J Co donuts.
The Meet and Greet stubs are given on a first come first serve basis. The number of stubs per mall will vary so make sure to get to the show early!
I love bringing my children to events such as these. I recall bringing my 2 eldest to a popular children’s show but dreaded every minute of it because of such a long line and parents with kids in tow didn’t have a proper venue for waiting.
Ayala Malls usually have events such as these in their atrium and seats are set up to ensure that adults and children have a good watch.
Adventure Time merchandise is also on sale at the venue so your kids can be in Adventure Time gear while watching the show.
