The milk tea craze has been going on for some time now but it’s only now that I’ve tried it for myself. My daughter, Kianna has been professing it’s greatness and when I saw that Deal Grocer had a an offer of 2 delicious large froth blends + sinkers for the price of 1 at only Php90.00 I grabbed it.
The choices presented to us were Dark Assam, Sweet Wintermelon, Strawberries ‘n Cream, Choco Lovers, and Green Tea Delight.
When ordering you choose your cup of tea, your sinkers, your sugar level where you’re given 3 options- Lite, Regular & Sweet, then your ice preparation which are “On the Rocks” & ‘Shaken with Ice”.
Kianna went for the Sweet Wintermelon (with Coffee Jelly) while I got the Choco Lovers (with Nata).
Though milk tea is an appealing drink I didn’t enjoy it as much as Kianna who’s an avid milk tea fan. I guess I’m still an old fashioned shake lover.
