I love reading suspense and thrillers. I read all types of books but this genre always seems to pull me in.
I had the opportunity to read David Haskell’s book Too Much Information. A high stakes thriller about Thermo-Magnetic Imaging machines and the inadvertent dangers they pose to those directly and indirectly involved.
It brings us insight to the world of airport security and protocols. It’s intriguing what you find out behind the scenes of those lines when going through security.
I found the book a bit trodding to start. As you keep on the level of excitement slightly increases as they delve into the case more. However, I found that the tone used was too serious for itself and words too in depth which didn’t seem necessary for a thriller such as this.
If you’re the type of reader that stays with a book to the end then you’ll be able to finish this book. I’m usually that type of person but I lost interest midway. If this were made into a movie it would definitely have its possibilities but reading it on paper was dragging despite the spurts of excitement.
If you like books that are heavy on legal terms and the like mixed in with a bit of action then this is definitely for you.
