I’ve been a stay at home mom, a working mom, and thankfully I’m now a work at home mom. It took quite awhile to get here but it’s all been worth it. I don’t think everyone can relate to this as we all have different priorities and perceptions. I had a friend who recently became a work at home mom tell me that now she knows EXACTLY how I feel.

When I was still in the workforce I would go on and on to my friends about my dream to work from home. True friends will listen to you spout the same old thing and never tire and I’m thankful for them. What’s funny is I had been wanting to be a WAHM (cool way of saying work at home mom) and had a couple of friends do exactly that before I did! It was frustrating but it only further drove me to gather up all the courage I could to quit my job and fulfill my dream.

Most people might not think of being a WAHM a dream but when you have 3 great children that are so open to learning and coping with your craziness it’s the best dream any mom like me could have.

I’ve been a WAHM for some time and now that I’ve settled down a bit I wanted to share some experiences that hopefully will help, encourage or make someone’s day.

I don’t get to write as often as I want on this blog with such a busy work and home schedule but I hope you’ll stay tuned for our moments and enjoy.
