Two goals I have this year are a healthier lifestyle and more travel adventures. So far I’ve been able to slim down a tiny bit. As for travel I have a couple planned with the kids this summer. There’s so much to look forward to and I’m excited that Robinsons Supermarket is exploring wellness with a travel healthy lifestyle promo.

This year’s “Route to Wellness” campaign officially launched and had a fun theme of travel and adventure. “Explore Wellness”, the first of five promo events kicked off at the Eastwood City Mall Open Park.

The Route to Wellness year-long campaign is a testament to Robinsons Supermarket’s continuous commitment to strengthening its “We Love Wellness” advocacy that enables it to provide healthier food options and alternatives to Filipino families. You might be familiar with their line of healthy snacks “Healthy You”. Make sure to grab a few of their specialty snacks.

The event was hosted by Kuya Tonipet and Coaches Jim and Toni Saret gave a teaser of their upcoming Fit Filipino Movements’ #FitFilChallenge. Robinsons Supermarket Marketing Manager Aja Totanes shared about the exciting promos ahead and the year of living wellness we can all look forward to.

I got to sample products and tried different activities from Unilever, Kojie-San, Selecta, CDO Premium and more. There were also discounted products and freebies from P&G, Coca-Cola, and Belo.

To further celebrate wellness, customers can get a 3-style bag for free for a minimum single receipt of Php3,000, inclusive of PHP 500.00 worth of participating products from Unilever, Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, Kojie-San, Belo, Nestle, Selecta, CDO Foodsphere, Splash Corporation, Unilab and Cosmetique Asia. The 3-style bag can be used as shoulder bag, backpack and cross bag. It’s also available in 5 colors: pink, gray, purple, army green and dark gray. The promo period is from March 1 to April 30, 2017.

One of the most exciting experiences of my blogging journey is the chance to be featured on Umagang Kay Ganda. I shared my thoughts on the Explore Wellness event, showed some of the games I got to play and went on a tour of the supermarket.

It was definitely a memorable experience and had me feeling like a celebrity with a camera crew and lighting equipment as we went around the venue.

OPPO A39 Now Available in the Philippines

If you can’t get enough of crystal-clear selfies and brilliant night shots but are on a budget, you can now avail of the OPPO A39.

The OPPO A39 features a 5 MP-front camera which can capture flawless-looking selfies even in less than ideal lighting situations.

Seamless shots

Though the A39’s 5-MP front camera has less megapixels compared to OPPO’s other smartphones, its extra large 1.4um pixels and ¼-inch sensor has higher light sensitivity and frame rate to capture crisp pictures and videos with reduced noise.

The smartphone’s selfie camera is also equipped with the latest iteration of its beautifying app, the Beautify 4.0, which enhances the skin and facial features through seven beautify levels, two skin modes, and upgraded photo-processing algorithms.

Its 13-MP rear camera captures 50-MP ultra-high definition images with its extra-large 1/3.06 inch sensor, which maximizes the amount of captured light for brilliant low-light and nighttime shots.

Powerful performance

The A39’s 720P HD screen has automatic brightness adjustments and high contrast to keep the eyes more comfortable. Watching movies or playing games is also a more vivid experience on the A39 thanks to the all-new Color0S 3.0, which provides seamless performance, offers more memory, and saves more power.

When the ColorOS 3.0’s power-optimization features work with the A39’s 2900 mAh lithium polymer battery and MT6750 processor, the phone reduces power consumption by up to 35 percent and allows up to more than thirteen hours of constant use.

The 3GB RAM and Octa-core 64-bit processor further enhanced its performance to allow smoother multitasking and switching between apps.

Beautiful design

Aside from its powerful hardware and software, the A39 also stands out for its unibody design that gives users a comfortable and effortless grip. The phone’s 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 4 Screen has four precisely rounded corners and a thin lightweight frame that rests comfortably in the hand. The phone’s magnesium-aluminum alloy body also retains durability though it merely weighs 147 grams.

The Debut of the 247 Sport by New Balance

Designed with the modern urban lifestyle in mind, classic New Balance quality and craftsmanship is fused with modern performance-inspired details for a contemporary new style. The 247 Sport by New Balance has been made available at www.newbalance.com for a retail price of P4,595.

In the Philippines, the New Balance 247 Sport will be available at New Balance (Glorietta), The Athlete’s Foot (Glorietta), Commonwealth (SM Aura Premier), Sole Academy (Bonifacio High Street), SneakPeek (Shangri-La), and Capital (UP Town Center).

The New Balance 247 offers a new look, feel and fit, but draws inspiration from iconic New Balance models to remain grounded in the brand DNA. Tapping into New Balance’s reputation as a premier performance brand, the 247 Sport combines an engineered mesh upper with a neoprene sock construction for a performance inspired technical look, fit and feel.
