Sangobion Iron for Healthy Blood and Sulong Dugong Pinoy Concert with Sarah G!

Lately I’ve been feeling sluggish and tire easily. Despite weight loss it seems that instead of the energy I was expecting to gain I’m feeling fatigued. I was encouraged to attend an event for Sangobion® an organic iron supplement that helps to make sure you have healthy blood.

I took a test to find out just how my blood was doing. It was a relief to learn that it was in the normal range. What exactly does this mean? I’m not endanger of having anemia. 1 out of 4 people are at risk of anemia. Some of the common signs are fatigue, paleness, weakness, lack of concentration and dizziness. The consequences of having anemia can be poor pregnancy, impaired physical and cognitive development, increased risk of mortality in children and reduced work productivity.

Iron is an essential for blood production and helps our blood cells transport oxygen throughout our body.

Dr Corazon Gamilla, obstetrician and gynecologist at University of Santo Tomas Hospital shared about anemia, achieving healthy blood and why we need Sangobion® in our everyday life.

How much iron would you need to meet your needs? Age, gender and overall health comes into play. It differs from men, women, pregnant women to lactating women.

Sangobion® has Vitamin C, Folic acid, Vitamin B12, Copper sulfate, and Manganese sulfate. The organic iron formulation allows for better absorption inside the body and has less gastrointestinal side effects than ferrous sulfate. A common side effect of most iron supplements is constipation which is not the case as Sangobion® has Sorbitol components.

The capsules are chocolate scented and has no metallic aftertaste like some supplements making it more enticing to drink. Aside from drinking Sangobion® daily, it’s encouraged to eat food such as whole grain bread, red meat, eggs, peanut butter, spinach, tomatoes, and oatmeal will help prevent anemia.

Sarah Geronimo is going on two years as Sangobion® Iron+ brand ambassador. She proudly chooses to represent this brand as she takes it to help her keep up with a hectic schedule.

The biggest blood health event will be held at SM Mall of Asia Music Hall where Sarah Geronimo will headline a FREE concert. Attendees can also donate blood as long as they qualify after taking a healthy blood test.
