I’m a big supporter of Jolly having converted to most of their products. Honestly, nothing beats their condensed milk, fresh milk and mayo so I was happy to attend their launch of the Jolly University Culinary Challenge at Cafe Jeepney at the Intercontinental Hotel.

Joining the event were the Jolly University Elites chosen from 12 universities. The winning teams went through an intensive training and seminar from industry leaders including Fly Ace Corporation President Jun Cochanco, Allegro Beverage Corporation President Leo de Leon, renowned chef Sau del Rosario, multi-awarded Digital Stategist Sheena Ramos, and Etiquette de Manille President Pauli Antoine.

Jolly University Head Master Chef Mitchie Sison helped equip the chosen elites with Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Culinary, Digital Marketing, and Personality Development skills.

Initiatives such as Jolly’s Learn Create Share program for Jolly University is an excellent way to further encourage students to explore a culinary career.
